How does it work?
There are few separate ways to use Kopage's Agency Plan, let's make a perfect set up for you!
The agency plan starts with your domain parked on our name servers, used as a technical address: each website will be set up as a subdomain by default. You can add a custom domain to each of your websites. This "technical domain" comes with pre-made, fully editable website (can be disabled if you don't need another website), where your clients can preview available themes or try live demo.
By default, Agency plan is set up as for... Agency. You create websites for your clients in our dashboard. Log in to website at anytime, and when the website is ready, share access with your customer. There's no billing on our end. You can charge your client the way you prefer, local bank transfer, invoice, cash.
DIY Platform. You'll have a website, where your clients can sign up and log in, create their websites and pay for them online (with Stripe), each website is created in your subdomain (customer.your-domain.com), in 14-days free-trial mode. Once the customer activates his website (starts a subscription, you can set the price), he can add his own domain. Live Demo

Can my clients add their own, custom domains (e.g., clients-business.com) after their websites are set up?#
Yes, if your client already has a domain name, it can be added on top of his website in 2 ways, by updating name servers (to park it here) or by updating A/CNAME in existing DNS configuration.
What kind of support services do you provide in case of issues or if I need additional features for my clients?#
If your clients need any support or assistance, they come to you - and if you need any assistance with their issues, you can get in touch with our team. We always help, always improve features if needed. There's a possibility to order custom development services.
I'm not an agency, I just need to build more websites for me or my business, can I sign up for agency plan?#
Yes, of course!
Do you offer a free trial? How can I get started?#
We offer 14-days free trial. You'll need a domain name to get started, update domain's nameservers to ns1.mywebsitedns.com and ns2.mywebsitedns.com (the system needs it for SSL certificates), then you can go to https://www.kopage.com/account/white-label and start a free trial. Account will be set up in a separate cloud instance, it may take few minutes, but domain propagation and SSL certificate processing may take up to 24 hours.
